Thread: Is education system needs serious reforms?

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is certainly anxious about Higher Education, so six years ago he decided to launch National Knowledge Commission (NKC) with clear focus on education that is in the agenda for the 11thfive year plan.

But, I want to know how improve higher education without lower education? In lower education government says that students will not fail, he have knowledge or not students going to in next class to next without knowledge in lower education system.
Without knowledge they go for higher education and fail in higher education. Then I think after some years ago every most of the population are illiterate but with 12th pass Degree.

Of course, its true... Only education can change the future...
